Sitting Here Happy Birthday

I have used the Stampin' Up!® Stamp Set "Sitting Here" I love this set as I love to create a entire scene on some of my cards and this stamp set has so many options to do this. A few months ago I bought myself a Brother Scan N Cut 2 and haven't looked back since, no more cramped hands from fussy cutting and I don't have to buy the Framelits anymore so savings all round.

It took me a few months to master what worked so it would cut out all my stamp sets, I couldn't recommend one highly enough. Especially if you like your images popping off your page like I do.

With my card I sponged my background with my sponge brayer using Soft Sky, Pink Pirouette and Pear Pizzazz Stamp Pads. I then stamped and cut out all my images I needed for my card, colored them with the fabulous new product from Stampin' Up!® Stampin' Blends.

Keep your eye out over the next week at my UTUBE CHANNEL - A TUTORIAL FOR THIS CARD WILL BE COMING IN THE NEXT WEEK!!

Beautiful You Meets Lovely As A Tree

I love creating scenes and this time I have used two of my favourite Stampin' Up!® Stamp Sets, Beautiful You and Lovely As A Tree to create this scene. I have used the Mirror Technique with the Beautiful You Lady Image and made a mask for her so I could stamp the Trees from Lovely As A Tree Stamp Set and last of all using different ink colors created the Sky, Water, Sand and Grass by sponging using daubers and a sponge brayer.

Swallowtail Birthday Girl

I have a lovely birthday card for you today which I'm sure any girl would love, I've used the Swallowtail stamp set as my main feature on the card stamping it on the alcohol ink coloured background. The background I made by using some alcohol inks and a blending tool. It's very effective, if you check out my UTUBE CHANNEL you will find the tutorial for both this card and also the alcohol inked background technique. I finally used a kaszazz stamp for the sentiment from the stamp set "Word Montage - Birthday Girl".

Then stamped some images onto the Triple layered background. I then stamped the flower image 3 times and fussy cut two of them, layered them with dimensionals and added some Wink of Stella on the petals that show. Added my sentiment and some butterflies.
