Triple Time Card

This is a technique I have been wanting to try for  some time, it is so easy and it can be varied by using different stamp set combinations. As you can see it is quite a effective result.

You will have everyone wanting one of these, I think one just in black and white would be quite effective too.

Twisted Butterfly Easel Card

I like to make cards with different folds and it's been a while since I made a Twisted Easel Card and was invited to enter a Butterfly Challenge at Papercraft Addicts Challenge.

Here is my Butterfly Twisted Easel Card, I have also entered it into our local show for May, 2015! I started with the background using some Stampin' Up! Watercolor Paper and some Aqua Painters and some Stampin' Up! Ink Pads. I made my own stencil with vellum paper and punched out different sized circle punches then using a dauber and the Whisper White Ink Pad for my circles. It was quite effective - then left to dry overnight.

Then I used the Stampin' Up! Corner Garden Stamp, I stamped it up with Versamark Ink Pad and embossed it with the Stampin' Up! Silver Embossing Powder - heat to set.

Then I colored the Corner Garden with Aqua Painters and Stampin' Up! Ink Pads, also, used some Sheer Perfection Vellum Stack(Butterfly Design). I stamped my small butterflies from the Butterfly Basics Stamp Set and cut them out with my Big Shot and the Butterfly Thinlits Die.

Fun Embossed Background Technique

Brenda from Keenan Kreations inspired me to give this technique a go, I wasn't sure if I liked it until the final step of applying the clear embossing powder and using your Stampin' Up! Heat Tool to set. I just love it!

The flowers are a different technique by inking up your stamp with a Versamark Pad, stamp it on some Glittery White Cardstock and cover with clear embossing powder - use your heat tool to set.
Then using your daubers just add color until you are happy with it, I just kept going back with different colors until I was happy with it.

The flower punch makes it so easy, you just color your image don't worry about going outside your lines then just punch out the flower with the corresponding flower punch and apply to your card with some dimensions.

Then once again using versamark ink pad apply the snowflakes and snow by stamping and applying  a clear embossing powder and heat to set.

Thank You Card

I have used the Ornamental Pine Stamp Set which is designed as a Christmas Stamp Set but by just  changing the sentiment it can be used for any occasion. With this particular card I have used a embossing technique by using the following steps:

  1. Stamp your image on the front of your card
  2. Sponge using a circle motion all over the entire card
  3. Using your Versamark Ink pad ink over the entire surface and add some embossing powder
  4. Shake off any access of embossing powder and dry set with your heating gun
I just love this technique and the result is magic!
